What are the shipping costs?
Zayova takes care of the shipping costs. So you do not pay any shipping costs.
* However, you do pay the shipping costs including track & trace for returning your item.
Can I track my package?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, where you will receive a link by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

Delivery time
Delivery time for shipments worldwide is between 1 and 9 working days.
Track your package online
We like to keep you informed. That is why you can track your order online as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship the order as quickly as possible, so there is always a small chance of correcting an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
Lost or stolen parcels
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If the tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address, but you have not yet received your order, please report it. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, DHL will investigate the matter and keep you informed until the investigation is completed.
